I have a client with Google account and O365 subscription but looks like option to create folders in not active. Also IMAP folder management is inactive. Is there any timeframe when this feature will work? As far as sync options for contacts and calendar for ICloud looks like it was removed in Outlook 2016 for Mac.

Hi Jason, Thank you for your help. I had this issue with one of my clients. He has Outlook 2016 with newest updates for Insider Fast Customer with O365 subscription. All the folders/Labels from Google account has synced correctly however we couldn't create new folders inside of Outlook. Also the IMAP option for folder management was grayed out.

I'm not sure how the integration between Google and Microsoft is setup but the option to manage folders is not active.
