On a mac running latest OS sierra with all updates I have installed Skype for business for mac - and already have office 2016 for Mac (office 365). When I try to sign in to the skype, just as on other mac, a new popup appear from office 365 that 'this doesn´t look like a valid user ID'. There is a username and password line - where on the username it is only standing my initials. If I add my email adress, it start to load, but then just jumps back to the main login page of skype for business.

I tried to create new keychain and also log in as other user on the computer, but the problem is the same. How to convert an exe file for mac. I don´t know if it is something with the office 365 activation that is wrong, even the office package works fine.

Hi Rossoneris, Thank you for the updates. Yes, I agree with you.

Since the user has no problem signing to Skype for Business for Mac on other Macs running same version, it means this is a specific Mac problem. Here I’d like to offer you some more suggestions: 1.

I’ve sent you a private message to collect the log, please refer to the following link to reply to it: Thanks, Mouran.

Hi Michael, Sorry for the late reply. According to your description, there is no issue connecting from a PC which indicates the DNS records used for the Skype for Business configured correctly. So, please try other suggestions to narrow down the issue: • Change a network to check if the issue persists. • Make sure that your Mac clock is set to the correct time since Skype for Business uses a timestamp as part of the authentication process.
