Hi All, An issue has arisen with my Mac Users within the business that use the Productivity Tools For Office. Can you write in kindle for macbook air. In The last Month this add-on for Outlook for Mac has stopped working.

When a user sets up a 'meet Now' or 'Schedule Meeting' a window will pop up notifying the user that it is using their network credentials to log into WebEx and it will stay in a 'Connecting' State and not progress any further. We have uninstalled the Productivity Tools Add-On and Office for Mac a number of times however it has not fixed the issue. We use a SSO Environment which uses the end users AD Credentials to log in to WebEx services in general (WebEx Connect/Chatter/WebEx Meeting center all of which are able to successfully log in) I have successfully replicated the issue on a Mac in the office with my own credentials but haven't been able to resolve it so far (see Screenshot) Is there anything anyone can suggest that I can look into? As far as I'm aware no changes have been made to our WebEx Environment. This issue only affects users that are on a Mac based PC or Laptop.
